AboutI'm a Realtor in the State of Washington and a Top Producer in my office which is Coldwell Banker Bain. I love my business and thought this would be a fun and easy way for anyone out there to ask a Realtor a question without any pressure.
Also I hope other Realtors might like to get into the discussion, especially those from other states, because real estate varies a bit from state to state. Note I can't and won't give legal advice, and I will not allow posts that violate Fair Housing or free trade statutes. That means, simply, no discriminatory posts, and no dissing companies with different business models. Other than those 2 simple rules, let's get to know each other!
